Cosimo Gerardi

Cosimo Gerardi is CTO of 3SUN Enel Green Power GigaFactory. He has about 30 years of experience in semiconductors and photovoltaic technologies. He has been a scientific researcher for some years then he has served STMicroelectronics for about 15 years as R&D manager. He started working on PV in 2010 as PV R&D director in ST and in 3SUN. He has coordinated HJT technology introduction in 3SUN and leads the technology, and product design and directs the 3SUN Gigafactory technology development. He has more than 200 published works including patents and technical papers.
